Challenge. Create more brand consistency in stores. Express the idea of “natural” ingredients that are “from the source." Deliver more information about the Jamba Juice brand and products to consumers through innovative storytelling.

. Analyzed existing customer experience touchpoints to inform the new store design; including exterior architecture, trade dress, interior brand, product communications, space planning, customer flow, and menu system. A modular kit of elements was designed for shop fabrication and plug-and-play installation.

Results. Recommended a cost effective implementation process and provided implementation support during the prototyping process to aid in value engineering. This concept is still in development.
